3D letter painting and Artist Area signwriting for WOMAD festival.
To mark their 40th birthday, WOMAD commissioned their iconic 3D cut-out letters to be painted with celebratory designs, with the addition of their birthday number ‘40’. Each respective side of the letters was designed to represent ‘day’ and ‘night’, with flowing interlocking patternwork on both sides.
They also commissioned a colourful set of signs for their Artist Area, which were fabricated and signwritten in-house.
